A member of Nigeria’s Olympic Basketball team Al Farouq Aminu was recently cornered by American gossip site TMZ at the Olympic Village in London. The New Orleans Hornet player was asked a series of question, check out excerpts of the convo below:

TMZ: So you from Nigeria?

Aminu: No I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia. But my dad’s from Nigeria.

(Dude your dad’s Nigerian, you are freaking NIGERIAN! Don’t front cos the US beat you 156 – 73! You’ll never play for them anyways!)

TMZ: So you’re representing a country you’ve never even been to???!!!!!
